Strategically transforming Codit Netherlands from the ground up. Revamped and expanded team and streamlined operations, leading to revitalized customer relationships and generating new business. Working closely with Codit group leadership to navigate change and position company as a Microsoft Azure Cloud solution leader while retaining market lead in Azure integration.

Codit (part of Proximus) has a team of 200+ employees across Europe, deploying leading Microsoft Azure Cloud Native technologies that put the world’s data to work.

Sentia Netherlands

Since the beginning of 2021 we have worked on the mission to build One Commercial Sentia Netherlands Team.

We started with a group of individuals with different backgrounds after years of “Buy And Build” strategy.

We helped to rebuild, professionalise and refocus the Commercial Department. We implemented SalesPulse Value Selling and empowered the amazing people in their team.

We worked closely with brilliant partners like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Dynatrace, Nexthink, Splunk, Microsoft Azure DevOps

Now it is time to let our buddies Paul Verheul and Jeffrey de Haan take it from here and move on to the next projects.

The Datacenter Group

In 2018, Edwin Kennedy joined The DataCenter Group to help them achieve their clear vision: “With 10 data centers we will be the foundation of society no later than 2025”. Or translated in our words, “make our company 5x bigger in a few years.”

We achieved this goal by mid-2019 and TDCG had more than 10 locations in the Netherlands.

How we did this?

Helping the shareholders define their vision and changing policy accordingly. In this way the team was empowered, people were recruited, investments were made and customers and partners approached.

Global Client Executive

Global responsibility for one of the largest clients of Atos. Transforming the relationship into a partnership focusing on building a Virtual Venture and an Innovation Roadmap in order to support this client in their vision to become the most trusted Digital Insurer.

Digital Insurer

Built a new entity within one of the first Digital Insurance companies: Intrasurance, a Cloud software provider that specializes in automating and simplifying insurance processes.

McKinsey Sales Performance Management

Performance coach for Sales Management Team KPN Business. Part of one of the largest Sales Performance Projects ever in the Benelux.

Sales training & coaching Eurofiber

Sales coaching for the entire sales team of EUROFIBER, a fast growing international provider of industry leading digital infrastructure.

Re-Design CSC Banking

Advised CSC how to design their Banking team for the NL region from scratch, defined the new digital service offering portfolio, hired a team of consultants and set up partnerships.

Management Buy-Out

On request of the executive board of Xansa, Edwin was responsible for selling Xansa CE to Conclusion and for integrating their operations.

Modernize Sales Organization

The new shareholders of CCS asked Edwin to modernize the commercial organization within the company. Edwin created and implemented a new sales structure and broadened the Service Offering Portfolio. With his team he enabled CCS to focus on strategic deals and service international clients.

White Label Insurance & Claimshandling

Given that one of the company’s shareholders of Aquila became unexpectedly inactive for a number of years, Edwin was assigned as Director/Major Shareholder in order to replace him during that period. Edwin professionalized the company’s commercial perspective and expanded the portfolio with initiatives such as White Label insurance (BPO) and Claims handling (Claimshub and Scalepoint).
